With a case diameter of only 48 mm and a high-contrast display of 35 mm, Nepto is an extremely compact watch-computer specific for freediving. This innovative product boasts an algorithm developed in Cressi, which protects the freediver from the risk of Taravana, and a function that avoids the risk of pulmonary edema. Mineral glass, a heavy-duty case with steel buttons for resistance to water pressure up to 120 m | 393 ft, rubber strap with stainless steel buckle. The software is designed to be easy to use and the information is displayed in a clear way. While underwater the computer shows the dive time, the maximum depth reached the surface time, the water temperature, and the speed. It allows setting customized alarms for the surface time and for the depth. The algorithm calculates the recovery time and advises when is possible to submerge without the risk of Taravana. Up to 8 levels can be set to increase Taravana's risk protection. The Nepto features another important protection, against the risk of hemoptysis during high-depth dives, called Bloodshift, indicating different warm-ups to perform before the depth diving. It's possible to set if the diving will be performed in salt or freshwater. Possibility to schedule the next tide in case of diving in the ocean or sea. The computer advise also the freediver when is recommended to be hydrated. The computer stores the dives in the log that can be downloaded using the Cressi BT Interface (sold apart). It's possible to set the sample rate, from 0.5 up to 2 seconds or to turn it off. The computer works also as a normal watch, showing the time, the date and it allows to set a timer and to use it a chronometer. It's possible to deactivate the Free mode while using the computer in a pool for swimming or when snorkeling. The user can switch easily between metric and imperial systems. The dive computer can be linked to a smartphone using the BT Interface (sold separately). It communicates with the dive computer via an IR connection. Use the Cressi app (available for Android and iOS) to download diving sessions and monitor training. The device is powered by a long-lasting CR2450 button battery which can be replaced by an authorized Cressi center by verifying perfect watertightness.

Return Policy
At Diving Gear, your satisfaction matters. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
If return conditions are not met, Diving Gear may refuse the return or apply a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Must be in original, unaltered packaging with intact PLU code.
- All packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or exposed to water/lube cannot be returned.
- Wetsuits that have been in contact with water or lube are not returnable.
- Diving Gear is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- We are not responsible for personal items or data left inside returned products.
- We are not liable for incidental or consequential damage, including lost or stolen gear.
Missing or Damaged Items
Claims for missing items or shipping damage must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item is incorrect or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is not our error, we can provide a label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return-label pricing is different from standard outbound shipping rates.
