Products Availability

Q: “Are all the items shown online in stock?”

Most items listed online are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. If an item is marked as “Pre-order,” it will ship within 3 business days.

Q: “What is Special Order or Pre-Order?”

A Special Order or Pre-Order item is a product not currently in our warehouse. These items are shipped to us directly from the manufacturer and then sent to you within 3 business days.

Pre-Sales Questions

Q: “Can I return my order?”

Yes, you may return items within 30 days as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and have not been exposed to water or lubricants. See our Return Policy page for full details.

Q: “When will my order be delivered?”

All orders ship with UPS Expedited and are delivered within approximately 5 business days across Canada.

Q: “When will my order be shipped?”

In-stock items ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Pre-orders ship within 3 business days.

Q: “How much is delivery?”

Orders over $200 ship free across Canada. Orders under $200 have a flat $35 delivery fee.

Q: “Will I get charged duties?"

No. You will not be charged customs duties for orders across Canada

Q: “Where do you deliver to?”

We currently deliver anywhere in Canada. International shipping may be available upon request.

Q: “I would like to cancel my order.”

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at support@divinggear.ca.

Q: “My delivery address has changed.”

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address for you.

Q: “How do I get my order delivered ASAP?”

We can upgrade the shipping service upon request. Email us before placing your order to receive an expedited shipping quote.

Q: "Can I change my order?"

Changes can be made if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Q: "What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Q: "When will I receive my tracking number?"

You will receive your tracking number notification on the same day you place your order, if order is placed before 12:00 pm PST on business days. If you place your order after 12:00pm PST, you will receive your tracking number on the next business day.
