Return Policy

At Diving Gear, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If return conditions are not met, Diving Gear reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • Items must be in their original unaltered packaging with an intact PLU code.
  • All packing materials, manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be included.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or exposed to water/lube cannot be returned.
  • Wetsuits that have been in contact with water or lube are not eligible for return.
  • Diving Gear is not responsible for mis-handling, misuse, or improper care of products.
  • We are not responsible for personal items or data left inside returned products.
  • Diving Gear is not liable for incidental or consequential damage, including lost or stolen gear.

Missing or Damaged Items

Claims for missing items or products damaged during shipping must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us for a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is not our error, we can still provide a label and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return-label pricing is different from our standard shipping rates.

How to Prepare Your Return

  • Securely pack all items being returned.
  • Items must be returned in original/unused condition.
  • If requesting an exchange, standard shipping charges apply unless you include a prepaid label.
  • Return-label pricing differs from our standard outbound shipping fees.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Special pre-order items or any product marked as non-returnable on our website cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the date we receive your return.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
