Cressi Malpelo 40L Backpack
The Malpelo is a new 40-liter backpack designed by the Cressi team. It has a double-zip “U” shaped front pocket with a padded compartment for a tablet or large (17”) laptop. Interior zippered mesh compartments provide additional organization. Also included is a vertical-zippered front-facing pocket for any documents that need extra protection. Small loops stitched to the exterior outer-edge can be used to latch lighter gear. A zippered elastic side pocket makes accessing small items accessible.
There are two carrying handles, one on the top and one on the side, to make carrying easy and comfortable. There are also two shoulder straps, making it possible to wear as a backpack. The straps are padded to provide comfort and reduce stress on the shoulders and back. The bag features a fully adjustable/removable sternum strap to help support the load while being worn as a backpack.

- Free shipping on orders over $200 (Canada-wide).
- $35 flat rate on orders under $200.
Shipping Upgrades
If you need faster shipping, upgrades are available upon request. Additional postage fees apply. Please email or call us immediately after placing your order to arrange the upgrade.
Return Policy
At Diving Gear, your satisfaction matters. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
If return conditions are not met, Diving Gear may refuse the return or apply a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Must be in original, unaltered packaging with intact PLU code.
- All packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or exposed to water/lube cannot be returned.
- Wetsuits that have been in contact with water or lube are not returnable.
- Diving Gear is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- We are not responsible for personal items or data left inside returned products.
- We are not liable for incidental or consequential damage, including lost or stolen gear.
Missing or Damaged Items
Claims for missing items or shipping damage must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item is incorrect or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is not our error, we can provide a label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return-label pricing is different from standard outbound shipping rates.
